Too many software projects fail to deliver value to the business. This is not because the technology is not capable but because the projects lack vision, focus and people fail to work effectively together.

At id it’s all about people; people, who are experts in the fields, are passionate about what they do, are empowered to get on with the job, who can communicate effectively, who understand the full software development lifecycle and who can come together in highly productive teams.

We understand that building great software is challenging. Assembling technical experts is just the first step. We apply agile development process and constantly focus on improving communications and removing the roadblocks that cause projects to fail.

To understand what we are, first understand what we are not:

  • We are not the irritating recruitment consultant, understanding neither the business problem or the technology that can solve it. Capable only of ringing at the most inconvenient time and deluging you with CV’s of inappropriate candidates
  • We are not the stuffy overpaid consultants who know how to "talk a good game" but don’t actually know how to build the solutions you need.

SharePoint Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Initially working on internal software development initiatives you will be developing your skills to quickly transition onto client projects UK wide.

You will have gained a good software development or general computing based degree. You should understand and be able to articulate the software development lifecycle. You should have knowledge of some or all of the following;

  • C# .NET Development
  • SharePoint
  • ASP.Net/Web Development/ Silverlight
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • SQL, Relational Databases
  • Agile software development techniques

We believe passionately in the benefit of quality, focused training and expect all technical employees to become Microsoft Certified at the earliest opportunity. You will receive extensive fast-tracked on the job training aimed at Microsoft Certification from our own expert consultants and industry leading training providers.

We are looking for self-learners with initiative, a drive to succeed and a passion for modern software development. You should be professionally presented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be a “team player” and enjoy appropriate social interaction.
