The Birmingham Assay Office is an organisation that was founded by an Act of Parliament in 1773. Their mission is “To protect consumers by providing innovative test and certification services in compliance with legislation and regulations”.
The Assay Office required a custom workflow platform that drove the hallmarking process, a process which is executed in the UK and India.
They required a modern, digital, automated workflow to control the hallmarking process. This meant automating manual tasks where automation was possible, driving the remaining manual tasks and providing integration with the Assay Office billing system for reliable, error free billing.
