However when a new solution is implemented your business needs to start getting value out of that system as soon as possible. This is where our Bespoke Training service comes in.
We tailor-make our training sessions so that we can “train the trainers“. We ensure that they will be left self-sufficient, capable of maintaining the solution and able to train new team members on the use of the solution.

We use a proven training process that drives positive user adoption. This proven process allows us to train users who are either new to SharePoint or already have a working knowledge of the product just as easily.
The initial stage of our process is to discuss with the training project’s Product Owner the scope of the training, its purpose and the skill levels of the delegates. We will ask about your business’s culture and the way you like your users to learn and tailor the plan and delivery accordingly.
From this meeting a proposal will be drawn up covering training mediums, classroom locations, the split between document and video based resources and the delivery method. Potential delivery methods include face to face sessions, live webinars or pre-recorded materials. A modular syllabus will be agreed covering the subjects required.
Finally, we will discuss how the materials are stored and accessed e.g. on your Intranet to allow delegates to revisit the material in the future.
