Our solution

Leveraging Mercury as a modern SharePoint platform, our solution offered deep integration with Microsoft Teams, Exchange for Emails and Calendar, To-Do, and other relevant tools. By seamlessly adding Mercury as an app to the top of the main Teams navigation bar, Intelligent Decisioning ensured easy access without the need to switch applications. Additionally, Intelligent Decisioning implemented a Mercury Teams webpart that allowed SharePoint pages to provide personalised views of the Microsoft Teams that the user was a member of, further enhancing collaboration.

The outcome

The implementation of the Mercury Intranet brought significant value to The National Portrait Gallery. The organisation now enjoys improved communication and collaboration across different locations, fostering a more integrated and efficient working environment. As a dedicated partner, Intelligent Decisioning continues to support The National Portrait Gallery, facilitating their journey towards greater connectivity and productivity within the Digital Workplace.
