We have a great news! We have been awarded the prestigious MarCom Gold Award for our innovative intranet transformation for NHS Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust. Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) are leading the way in mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity care. This recognition highlights our commitment to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and user experience.
Transforming NHS Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust’s Intranet
Our project with NHS LYPFT aimed to overhaul their outdated SharePoint 2013 system. Our goal was to create a modern, user-friendly intranet that supports over 3,000 staff members. Leveraging our Mercury Intranet and docCentrum Document Management solutions, we successfully migrated the Trust to the shared NHS England tenant, resulting in a robust and efficient platform.
Key achievements of this project include:
- Creation of 6 Hubs and 55 Sites: Facilitating organised and efficient information dissemination.
- Redesign and Rebuild of 596 Pages: Ensuring a modern, intuitive user experience.
- Migration of 4,000 Documents: Enhancing document management and accessibility.
The new intranet, named Staffnet 365, has been a resounding success, providing a reliable and efficient solution that meets the Trust’s current and future needs. This transformation has significantly improved the way staff access information and collaborate, ultimately enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
